Acceptance of Terms

By using cashmycartx.com or requesting an offer by phone, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals 18 or older who have the legal authority to sell the vehicle in question — as the titled owner, or with the titled owner's authorization.

How Offers Work

Online and phone quotes are estimates based on the year, make, model, mileage, and condition you describe, and are not final until we or our pickup partner physically inspect the vehicle and verify title/ownership at pickup. An offer may change if the vehicle's actual condition, mileage, or title status differs materially from what was described. Offers are valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn before a pickup is scheduled or completed.

Title, Ownership & Your Responsibilities

You confirm that you own the vehicle (or are authorized to sell it), that the information you provide is accurate, and that the title is free of any lien unless you've disclosed the lien to us in advance. You're responsible for removing your license plates and personal belongings before pickup — we're not responsible for items left in the vehicle after the sale is complete.

Payment Terms

Payment is made at the time of pickup, once the title has been signed over and identity/ownership verified, by the method agreed with you or our pickup partner in advance (typically cash, check, or a comparable instant method). No payment is issued before pickup is completed.

Free Towing

Towing is provided at no cost as part of an accepted offer anywhere in our advertised Texas service area. We reserve the right to decline pickup or adjust an offer if a vehicle's location, access, or condition (e.g., unsafe to tow, missing key components not disclosed) materially changes the cost or feasibility of towing.

Buying Partners

Some offers are fulfilled directly by CashMyCarTX and others by a vehicle-buying partner in our network, as disclosed on our site. Where a partner fulfills your transaction, that partner is responsible for the pickup, payment, and final purchase terms, consistent with the offer presented to you.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to submit false or misleading vehicle or ownership information, attempt to defraud us or a buying partner, or use automated tools to scrape or interact with the site without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

The cashmycartx.com site, its content, and its design are owned by CashMyCarTX and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and our services are provided "as is." We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no warranty beyond the specific terms of an accepted offer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, CashMyCarTX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services, beyond the value of the accepted offer for your vehicle.
